Juanita's was opened June 13, 1983 by Boulder native Roger Berardi & partner Michael Kretz, who had worked together in the restaurant business in Colorado for many years. Roger's family has had many Italian restaurants in Boulder, Denver, Louisville, & the Western Slope over the last decades. Food Service Sunday - Thurs. 11:30 am - 10:00 pm. Friday & Saturday: 11:30 am - 11:00 pm Late Night Menu: Sunday - Wednesday 9:00pm - Midnight.
